There is a wealth of resources for Diabetic diets. The main thing you want to watch is the amount of Carbohydrates in food. The lower, the better. Oh, and watch out for liquid sweetner. It gives you the squirts.

No sugar, no carbs, no fats. Okay so you can have a little tiny bit of all but it’s never a good idea to eat too much, Protein will be your best friend!
