Days old, and this baby is already nearly 14 pounds
Newborn Elias Geronimo Nevarez already wears size 3- to 6-month baby clothes, and at 13 pounds, 8.4 ounces, he is likely the heaviest baby ever born at Hemet Valley Medical Center, officials there say. Born Tuesday, Elias and his mom, Elisa Escamilla, left the hospital Friday for home, where Elias’ 10-year-old sister was eager to hold him, Escamilla said.
