The Life! Program is a six session lifestyle modification program for people over 40 years old and at risk of diabetes. Or who have risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or an increased waist size. The program is free for people earning under $67,000, or $50 for the six sessions including a Diabetic Educator, Dietician and Physiotherapist. Sessions starting on Wed afternoons &#8230;</p>
