Question by BirdDog: To support my wife I am thinking about following her diabetic diet with her – Is there any reason not to?
My wife has been a type II diabetic for a few years now. She recently started taking 5mls Byetta. She absolutly will not exercise. The only thing I can think of to help her is to follow the same diet. I have two teenage boys and yes they eat like horses (and don’t show it) and I will continue to supply them with carbs. I am at a loss on how to help my wife from deteriorating. I am currently reading a book by Dr. Bernstein (Diabetes Solution). Please help, I am open to suggestions.

Where looking to make diabetic charm braclets for a fundrasier for diabetes but I don’t know where to look. They can’t be a diabetic id tag though because then someone who wants to support diabetes can’t where it because that is like saying they have diabetes. And online sites u know of?

You can order directly online. You can also click the on the second source for a consultant. They are typically mothers of diabetic children who get a share of the cost of the items that are sold through them. Your price is the same. I know a consultant that has 2 children with diabetes.
